On July 28, 2005, I went to see North Mississippi Allstars with John Hiatt downtown. Usually I'm not all that excited about my birthday, but this time I am. Of my two favorite local bands, one, Middle Rhythm Session, is playing a free show on my actual birthday, Wed 9/14, and the other Buffalo Strange, has invited me to perform their cd release party at Skipper's Smokehouse in Tampa on Fri 9/16. when I started hooping, it seemed like everything in my life started to come together in ways I have never experienced before. The shift in my energy patterns has left me open to experience the most amazing and beautiful things. I have the best group of friends anyone could ask for and my creative enrgy has been unlocked.
