KUSF 07.30.10 3-9 AM Defeat Sleep meets The Orgasmatrain DJ Bryan Chandler/DJ Shekky

since mister chandler has been covering cactus on defeat sleep a few weeks now, it might have been time for him to take a short break--not only does bryan archive most KUSF shows, but he also has a nine in the morning till noon show every thursday morning in addition to frequently acting as a board operator AND taking on a new show on sunday mornings called "whiskey before breakfast".

i've always wanted to play the entire mammoth "tales from topographic oceans" record that yes released back in january of 1974 on KUSF...but i've never found a reasonably good time to do this and the nature of my relationship with defeat sleep's usual host, cactus has precluded me from asking him to let me do it during the last hour and a half of a show he's doing.

this morning was my chance...please bryan's version of defeat sleep, along with my early mrning play of "tales from topographic oceans", along with a few more epic length tunes from the KUSF library.
