First and foremost, I'm an artist. I love to dance, paint, write and create. I enjoy sewing, reading everything and learning new skills from language to painting techniques. I also love solo sports like running and cycling. All art and movement is a celebration of life. We were made to move and create.

I believe in the currently-unpopular notion that life is wholly enjoyable and a wonderful experience. I'd hate to miss out on any of it.

I've been belly dancing on and off for about six years. I've been interested in American Tribal Style for a long time but only recently became aware of a local troupe offering classes. I'm hoping to continue classes for this style of regal, group-friendly dancing.

I'm happily married and living in artsy chaos with my soul mate, two cats and a metric ton of books.
