shiraz,

soul brother,
and an instant connection
in this incarnation.

the sweetest of giggles,
most genuine smile,
those de-ja view eyes,
that i've known a long while.

he listens,
he councils.
tru confidante,
tru friend.

all beautiful

so gracious

Shiraz is one of my most Far-Out friends! i love him!
Shiraz is definately extra-terrestrial! he is a kelidescopic Light Being from the stars! just having a deep conversation with him will show you that!

being with him on the d*floor is like being close to a rod in a lightning storm. he is constantly a vessel for divine energy to download into. you can feel it radiate from his body!

and he has endurance! i remember so many wonderful gatherings and being on the d*floor in the morning dawn (esp at Mile 36) and always seeing my good friend shiraz still dancin with me!

i love to be with him when he channels galactic transmissions, and we've been on many psychedelicious multi-universal explorations together...

if you have the blessing to connect with Shiraz, you will have the opportunity to develop a friendship which will reward you with love, generosity, and mind/spirit expansion...
he's an awesome spiritbrother!

love, Renee

Fully cuz I'm stoked on this, I wanted to plug this new soy milk maker -- www.soymilkquick.com/soyquic...930p.php . Seriously something of a revolution this new model (more below).

I recently purchased their older model ($100 delivered from Ebay or you can find it around).

Benefits:

1. pays for itself in no time -- it works out to *tiny* fraction of the cost of buying commercial soy, rice, or almond milk.

2. taste -- fresher, definitely better than the store-bou... read more

I just want to plug truthout.org, a site with high quality, non-corporate, and non-commercial news (mostly U.S. focussed). I've been going there for years, but lately they're really ramping up -- massive readership and constant stream of quality news. They're a good example of the internet democratizing the media.

For all mine and others' skepticism, it's rather apparent that we're on the cusp of massive political change.

#1 -- What does all of this mean to me?

What all of this means, in short, is that the aftermath of Peak Oil will extend far beyond how much you will pay for gas. To illustrate: in a July 2006 special report published by the Chicago Tribune, Pullitzer Prize winning journalist Paul Salopek described the consequences of Peak Oil as follows:

. . . the consequences would be unimaginable. Permanent fuel shortages would tip the world into a gene... read more

ie. it's sunny now and i'm so joyous it's kind of ridiculous. I guess the fact that it's the weekend and I'm off to play on Galiano Island has something to do with it too. But really now... overcast = frowns, sunny = grins. How does one become equanimous about such things?

Oh, and as a point of interest, I think it has as much, or more, to do with air pressure than it does with sunlight.

Anyhow, have a fine fine weekend. It's looking good here on the coast. Feeling very blessed.
