Boom 2008 will take place on the shores of Idanha-a-Nova lake, Portugal, between August 11. and 18. However the full programme will be five days (from August 12 to 17). Gates will open on 11th and the festival itself will start the following day, on 12th. All cultural attractions, art, music concerts, DJ sets, performances, conferences and workshops will finish on August 17, more precisely at 11h59 p.m. At sunset of the following day, August 18, the gates will be closed. What can you expect from Boom 2008? You'll get into all the fantasy that has been produced at the margins of mainstream entertainment. Be delighted amidst a no corporative feeling, and be a part of a creative rebellion against normalized minds, through ancestral knowledge and visionary arts.
