I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.

A 30-day Challenge is where you agree to attend yoga class thirty days in a row, without a break. Some wimpy yoga studios allow you to make up a missed day by doing a double. Not mine.

My Challenge started on March 1st, meaning that I had to do yoga every day until March 30th. Before long, it became my main preoccupation. I found that just to make it to the class was 90% of the effort. I had to plan my whole schedule around it. For example, if there's only a four pm class on Saturday, tha... read more
