i forgot to post this! there's a renagade barbershop tonight, monday, april 9, and one more weekend of clown bible. here is the latest listing of the good times:

1. first and foremost, to the many of you out there in good times land to whom i owe a phone call or email, i apologize for not getting back to you, but i've been a crabby little hermit for weeks. i promise i'm trying to come out of my shell and give some signs of life, i still love you and haven't forsaken you!

2. three more shows of ten red hen's new and original show, clown bible.

like, for real, this is the weirdest show i've even done. i did performance art when i was in art school, and this is weirder. plus, unlike my crappy performance art, clown bible is amazingly good - absurd, beautiful, heartbreaking, tear-jerking, and hilarious, sometimes all at once. i'm playing viola in the orchestra, but get my turn as an innocent, victimized virgin. intriguing, isn't it? if you ask nice i'll show you the bruises.

3. the renegade barbershop!

you know the drill - come for a trim or a whole new doo, or just come to witness the transformation. please bring snacks, drinks, treats, music, wigs, costumes, stories and etc. to share. the tip jar will be out (though it may be hiding) for your tipping or not tipping whims. and as per kenny's suggestion, i'm looking for some kind of additional activities and entertainment to be going on while folks are waiting for their cuts (as though sitting around my living room talking about burning man isn't fun enough!), so if you have some special talent or bit of entertainment you'd like to share with the barbershop, please feel free to "bring it".
