Anna Nicole R.I.P.

Here was a mess of a woman. But she embodied something more to me.

She was someone who when we first saw her was a gorgeous creature for us to gawk at. Then all too quickly her world unraveled in several ways and suddenly she was this oddball sideshow, incoherent and way overweight. Presenting the yin and yang many of us have faced. Then she seemed to beat it. Pulling herself together and regaining her world. Coming back from the ashes to suddenly be snuffed out.

I am perplexed and saddened by this. I guess I was rooting for her.

Artist

It's hard being an artist.

There are so many emotions and conflicts to square up

First any artist worth anything thinks of him (or her)self as the best thing since sliced bread, you know all center of the universe and whatnot.

Yet at the same time in order to have anyone bare to work with you, you have to be humble. This also paramount if you wish to excel at your craft, you have to be teachable.

Keeping these things in check along with, ever expanding your hroizons in order to move to the next level.

I know it's better than digging ditches and I would not change it for anything, I'm just feelin' a little less then up to it sometimes. Which could lead to trouble since I support my family based on that creative process.
