I consider Joy one of my BEST friends! I have known her for years. She got me into Rubberstamps and Bellydancing.
I miss going to Rubberramas with her and To Rakkasah! But, ever since I had my daughter, I don't get to run around as much with "Auntie" Joy!

I just realized something. Joy invited me to the dog tribes. Where I met…….so many fucking cool people I can’t possibly list them. Where I cried my eyes out and people were preternaturally supportive. Where an old friend saw my post and recognized me from Junior Fucking High School….then proceeded to save my ass when I ventured into the badlands known as LA. AND I OWE IT ALL TO JOY!

She’s also sweet, non-conventional, charitable and cares about your dog. Someone buy this woman a truck!

Well I gotta hand it to Joy. (get your mind outta the gutter.... or don't!) When she lived across the street from me at faire her and the other ladies were a riot. I may have forgot my hawks but those exchanges are remembered. One year Joy and the rest of the ladies presented me with a tri-testicular penis pendant because I had the balls that come in three flavors. Lemon, strawberry and ORRAANNGGEE! When I pull it out (the pendant!) people still ask me about. VIVE LA JOY!

I hate blogs. I don't know where else to put this information, since they changed the set-up. I am actually located in the El Sobrante area of Richmond, CA. (Which to most folks-but apparently not tribe-is located in the NORTH BAY AREA!)

Actually "about me"... You can get a pretty good idea from my general interests, and the tribes I am in. Unfortunately, with this new stupid set-up, you can't see all of my tribes at once. (I tried to make it do that, but it won't. The best I can do is 50. Grrrrr. Stupid!)

Thank you to everyone!

He is already home. We had expected he would be spending the night. He ended up only having an Angiogram, and *not* the Angioplasty. They decided that for now, it's best to treat him Medicinally instead of Physically. So, his arm is a bit sore, but otherwise he's fine.

And the staff of Kaiser in San Francisco treated him very well. (A male nurse even borrowed a co-worker's umbrella to walk him to the car! :) )

I don't know if anyone will read this, as I don't know if anyone pays any attention to my blog as I don't tend to post one. Anyway...

Today, Wednesday Feb. 7, 2007, my brother Kevin goes in to have an Angioplasty done. The procedure is being done at a Hospital on Geary in San Francisco. It *should* be okay, but the Dr. had said to him that he hopes it doesn't turn into Open Heart Surgery. O_O So, I am feeling a bit worried. I now have a *Bells!* tribe! (Okay, I've had it a few weeks now... ) I'm sure some of you who know me are thinking "it's about time!" (Well, *that* or "Oh, no!..." )

Crash & Burn! My stupid computer! GRRRRRRR!
