I can't recall all of my friends who like Loreena McKennitt...
Hey folks,Not sure how many of you will read this, but I have a really sucky memory, and wanted to let everyone know I started a Loreena McKennitt tribe.
I don't expect it to be a very busy tribe, but I'm just fine with that.

(btw - I met a lovely young woman whille waiting to see Loreena after the concert Sunday night (5/13/07), who said she was on tribe, and had worked at Southern Faire in the past, at Sticky Buns and was in the Puritans for a time as well. I think her name is "Carrissa"? I *think* she said she goes by Kai (sp?) something on tribe. Mundanely, she is a Mortician. Does anyone know who I mean? )

Thank you to everyone!He is already home. We had expected he would be spending the night. He ended up only having an Angiogram, and *not* the Angioplasty. They decided that for now, it's best to treat him Medicinally instead of Physically. So, his arm is a bit sore, but otherwise he's fine.
And the staff of Kaiser in San Francisco treated him very well. (A male nurse even borrowed a co-worker's umbrella to walk him to the car! :) )
(btw - He is listed in my friends list here. His current main photo is in his Irish garb. Feel free to send him any personal messages via tribe. )

I don't know if anyone will read this, as I don't know if anyone pays any attention to my blog as I don't tend to post one. Anyway...
Today, Wednesday Feb. 7, 2007, my brother Kevin goes in to have an Angioplasty done. The procedure is being done at a Hospital on Geary in San Francisco. It *should* be okay, but the Dr. had said to him that he hopes it doesn't turn into Open Heart Surgery. O_O So, I am feeling a bit worried. (Okay, so I probably watch too many television medical shows, too... )
In any case, I would greatly appreciate it if everyone ( - including those who don't even know him - ) could say a prayer, light a candle, send good karma, or whatever your preferred method of wishing a person well or sending good vibes.

*Bells!*
I now have a *Bells!* tribe! (Okay, I've had it a few weeks now... ) I'm sure some of you who know me are thinking "it's about time!" (Well, *that* or "Oh, no!..." )Actually, I can't take full credit for starting it. Someone else started it, then apparently abandoned it. It had 2 members when I found it, and no Mod.
So, anyway, I've got the membership up to at least 7 now. I can't quite recall everyone I know who likes bells, so please feel free to join on your own: tribes.tribe.net/belllovers
(I realize a lot of my friends are a bit tired of bells, so I honestly don't expect very many of you to join. But please, do tell other folks of it's existence. )
