SUDÉ (sacred uninhibited dance expression)

Dear Friends

I have decided to postpone the Sude Class at the Kava Lounge Gallery for a couple of weeks. Please stay tuned for start date.

For those of you who have not experienced it, Sude is a movement class I created, including chakra clearing, yoga and dance stretches, improvisation, and creative visualization. Essentially it is a sensual, relaxing as well as revitalizing dance class, accompanied by some very well put together and inspirational music, if I dare say so myself.

My desire is for all beings to feel good about expressing their sensuality and celebrating their bodies. Through this experience my intention is to facilitate a process of intuitive, safe and fun movement which allows beings to move through stress and get into their bodies without thinking too much; creating for themselves more of a moving meditation in which they can explore and find new ways of expressing and healing themselves from within and at the same time intentionally creating their goals.

This class is open to all levels and no dance training is necessary. More info below and @ www.kavalounge.com
