Does anyone else think about this?
What if GW is just a set up so we pray for an answer. That one person who says everything that the people want to hear, then he turns out to be the antichrist. Does anyone else ever think abou this?

Re: Does anyone else think about this?
Oh yes, there are many imaginable scenarios, and that is part of the operations: to influence, intimidate, "control" through deception, feeding of stories, and assaulting identifications of physicality/psyche, to keep people guessing and hooked into the 'drama'. Researchers, sociologist, psychiatrists, social economists, 'public relations' specialists all employed to do this and more.
And on some level, to some degree, we *know* this, maybe not detailed information, but deception, lying, is known and so are many of the reasons to lie. It's not hidden, maybe not popularly discussed and examined, but it is part of the conditioning of society to accept "this is just the way it is" and not to really look at it. And even this is seen to some extent, but most choose as children, out of natural self preservation to not jeopardize belonging or being rejected.
I remember becoming aware in the early 80s how movies, and media in general, were big on this message, getting people to go along with this rationalizing to be able to feed into the consumeristic/militeristic paradigm, to "get with the program".
And upon examination, have seen how this aspect of persuasion/domination has been apart of progressing history. But that is not to say it is to be ignored or accepted. In fact it is to say that it is past time to take an honest and serious look at how this perpetuates.
I have read so many not so appealing possibilities on the next 'president' and even if a "shining knight" appeared (Dennis Kucinich?) it couldn't persuade me to 'vote' again. After voting for Clinton and feeling at first that he had been 'naive', that he didn't realize the extent of corruption and inability to get anything done without really playing the game, then coming to see quite clearly the hypocrisy: his contradicting some very key issues, furthering the "police state", etc. Plus, coming to find out more of the integrated behind the scenes involvement of government/industry, and how naive, innocent, ignorant I had been to still believe in the illusion of a multi or even two party system, well, that ended the party for me.
As Monty Brewster(Richard Pryor) says: NONE OF THE ABOVE!!! ;D
Because it is no longer about the candidates, but being willing to take a good look at the system and tell the truth about what you find, and not stop telling that truth, falling back into believing the story that has been sold for so long. I see it as a rotten deception that many people's lives are being sucked dry by, used up, by belief in it. And I refuse to 'play along with the game' anymore. As you can see I did for some time still believe or go along, but finally I had to stop. So I don't look down upon people that are still believing in it, I know myself to not be better or less, above or below another, but essentially the same. I just do my best to relate and share. I can't condemn what is part of 'me'. The potential to believe in a lie is still here, but now there is awareness, clarity about that.
If we can allow for people to really acknowledge what they have essentially chosen to be a part of, and what it is creating/perpetuating in the world, meet the fear, grief, sorrow, rage and responsibility of this recognition, help support with understanding and intention for truth and peace, it just might make a difference. I can't say for certain that there are no other options of addressing this or even what is 'supposed' to happen, but I am willing to help support a change and this right now is the only option I resonate with.
It's not that people that believe or work in this system are "bad", it's just what they are most familiar with and have been sold, but there is the potential to see how it has been bought also and that there is more potential of alternatives than we can even imagine.
There are many perspectives: patriotic, idealistic, optimistic, hopeful, misguided, in denial, capitalistic, predatory... whatever the identification may be, it doesn't matter, all this potential exists within all of us, but once there is clear seeing of the patterns and concepts that create and perpetuate this system, the extreme suffering involved, and there is a willingness to go beyond it, if there is no longer a desire to be involved in it, to risk real change and the unknown, well anything is possible.
These indeed are exciting and interesting times, as actually I feel it has always been...
Peace, Skeye
May the patterns of war be exposed, may peace be revealed...

the answers, the outcomes... must be beyond my imagination at present... My faith is deep... however, the situation looks/feels so grim.
