I've known Skyy for a few years through the radical faerie community here in San Francisco. I'm always happy to see Skyy and to have a chance to talk with him.

The words that best describe Skyy in my mind are "presence, realness, and truthfulness." He has a unique way of seeing the world, without bullshit or pretension. He shares his perspective freely and clearly, but he also listens to other people and respects different people's world views.

It's hard for me to describe Skyy's sense of humor -- it can be very dark and sardonic, but it's also light and playful -- and definitely one of the things that makes Skyy a joy to be around.

Skyy has traveled all over the world, actually living in the communities, getting to know the people, and learning and appreciating the culture. Get him to tell you stories about India or Belize.
