I've had the pleasure of knowing Slade since college and his boundless energy continues to amaze me. He is a genuinely good human being - sweet, smart, ultimately trustworthy, industrious, zany and best of all he shares my silly, twisted sense of humor. I'm lucky to have had such a good friend for so long - I give him three thumbs up! (Don't ask where I got the 3rd thumb...)

Slade is a super person. He's been a wonderful friend (and I haven't even read his testimonial on me yet...lol). I admire so many things about him but to list a few: His generosity of spirit, loyalty as a friend, openess and willingness to help, an incredible ingenuity, extrordinary skill set (real renaissance man), funny, goofy (Lucy, you have some splaining to do!), and much more.

As you can see by the number of tribes/interest groups he's signed up for he's a diverse individual.

Bottom line I'm a better person for knowing him!

Clancy's Crab Broiler ( local favorites » restaurants ) "Sawdust on the floors, shellfish in your mouth and Jazz in the air!" They've been a fixture in Glendale for 20 years. Tori Yen Sushi ( local favorites » restaurants ) "Sushi in Tujunga?" Mariko will make you laugh as she serves up, by far, the best Sushi in the foothills. You'll soon be fond of her little quips like "Excuse you", "I go wash dishes" and "Want more guacamole?" (wasabi)

The Blue Pyramid ( local favorites » restaurants ) "Mediterranean experience you won't forget!" Tasty food, good people and artful atmospere. Blue Pyramid never seems to fade in our list of regulars. Their pizza and seafood are clear standouts.
