the last two days have been sort of mirror images of each other. guess i have myself a good ritual down (well, except for the nightly blog post part of it). cleanse-wise, i'm showing signs of White Tongue Syndrome or whatever that toxic residue extrusion process thingy is. not too intense though. i'm also finding that without my whole food-churing responsibility, i have a much keener sense of my stomach tension and how it accrues over the course of the day. very interesting, and a great insight. i've been taking late evening steams over at Sacred Space which are really helping to increase my serenity. definitely a good thing.
