Here is an excerpt from the journal written by Alex Grey on his portrait of Albert Hofmann 'St. Albert and The LSD Revelation Revolution' (attatched image)

Last year I along with other Iboga Therapy House staff journeyed to South Dakota for the 13 Indigenous Grandmothers Council. It was an experience I will never forget with ceremonies held from different indigenous traditions and a presence given by the combined grandmothers that was undeniably potent yet warm. It is from this gathering that I came up with an internal mantra:

"Grandmother yourself."

Bellow is an update on the next council that is set to happen in Gabon, Africa. The Iboga ... read more

So I've been back just over a week in Vancouver, haven't made it back to the Sunshine Coast yet. Yes, there's some of that culture shock that comes with being here after just settling into the lifestyle in the Philippines. I've been out to Dubforms, Beats Without Borders, Burn BC nights and felt that good feeling of being surrounded by familiar faces, getting juicy hugs, and dancing to a fine selection of sounds I've been missing since January.

Outside of those settings I've lucked into... read more

Manila is the capitol of the Philippines. Home to over 14 million people. It is considered a Gamma Global City and once the Paris of Asia. The Malay aristocracy here once called it Seludong/Selurung but it became known by its Tagalog inhabitants as Maynilad referring to the Nilad flowers of the mangroves found here from which its modern name Manila is derived.

It's New Moon in Aries and I rendezvous in Green Hills to meet up with crew to bounce over to Warehouse 135 on Yakal, in Makati. M... read more

The litany against fear

In the Dune novel, the Bene Gesserit used the following chanted words to reduce their fear.

"I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain."

about me
I've been on tribe.net since its early beginnings thus I've made major connections here coupled with being connected in real life with a vast expanding cultural movement that roosts on this site taking flight for places like Black Rock City once a year. I like to connectivate and to bridge worlds. And yeah, I'm a crushaholic sometimes too. Just a little.

I've been watching the circle of humanity we are a part of grow and feeling the growing pains of the family tree, the joyous flowerings, the exchange of gifts going on between each other and with the world around us. My part in it is ever changing as I clamber through the dense folliage of existence seeking the heart of the forest.
