I'm free in February and have a fun idea: I want to work over two weekends through four sessions on poi, one on hoop, and one on fans, moving through drills that will develop freedom of movement in each tool.

These workshops focus on not moves themselves but on the pieces of them and the transitions between them. In finding stability in the full range of motion, in each mode and combination, one can move from mechanical to expressive spinning. The series works great as a standalone tho... read more

Feuerwelt in Frankfurt was an amazing gathering of spinners from all around Europe. I trooped around with Nick, Alien Jon, Keiko, Ge, and G, all of whom are amazingly beautiful people and artists. At the Balmeggberg I soaked up two beautiful fortnights in the foothills of the Swiss Alps. It's an organic farm home to an array of amazing, intentional people.
