Woffly noses unite
Ohhh, Seattle-bound bunnies...Who would like to be part of a growing Army of Bunnies marching (or possibly hopping) off Friday night to see the new Wallace and Gromit movie?
Show of paws, please! =:)
Your fun XP error of the day
Normally I'm far more annoyed when Windows XP decides to rewrite my files then deny me access. But, look at the Date Modified dates...
A message! From the DISTANT FUTURE!
Speak O great Oracle. Will there be scotch AND donuts?
"This mug holds coffee AND pisses off Jesus."
www.venganza.org/This guy makes me so happy. I'm probably the last geek on earth to find the Flying Spaghetti Monster, but I don't care. I have seen the light.
hit-n-run blogging... sport of the third millenium
psst... I snuck through here.Tell no one!
That new pic is me on the beach from last weekend. I was *supposed* to be schmoozing with my bosses (it was a company picnic) but instead I opted to build little underwater fairy fortresses in the tidelands.
Very practical, I know.
=:P
Goodbye Bob...
We lost a good landscape architect on Monday night. Bob Murase passed away, here in Seattle. He was amazing with stone. We didn't always get along, but he will be missed.
Good night, Bob.
farewell, floating donut
So. I'm back!I'm also more tanned than I've been in the last 10 years. Which is not saying much (we Seattle dwellers tend to be a bit pasty, remember).
Did I miss anything?
Island life was amusing. Morning leaps in the lake, and so on.
HI! =:)
Off to adventures on the Floating Donut
Well, not that you'd notice considering my appalling attendance around here, but I'll be out of town for a week. =;)I'm off to the floating donut... In the middle of northern Minnesota is a lake.
In the middle of this lake is an island. (I'll be in a cabin there.)
In the middle of this island is another lake.
See?
No, I do not know if the inner lake has yet another island... I promise to check.
Once again I'm not really here
Nope! Not here. Not scanning any of Vinnie's look-alike tribes, assessing a good hit-and-run thread.
Nope! Ain't happening.
Heck, I've been fast asleep for hours! Just ask my cat.

Bellevue: suburb of Seattle or 9th circle of Hell?
Yesterday's work-type conference in Bellevue taught me one VERY important thing:I am
.NEVER.
going to commute to Bellevue.
It took me 90 minutes to get the 12 miles to Bellevue during rush hour traffic. It takes me 45 minutes to get the 32 miles to my office in Everett every morning...
Simple math. Plus donuts. And scotch.
