about me
i've been dancing flamenco since i was a child. started out in nyc's carnegie hall with ballet and flamenco. when my family moved to the south i continued studying ballet at giacobbe's (nola) and flamenco with my mother (studied with mariquita flores, maria alba & manolo rivera in nyc, to name a few). now that i'm in houston i run a flamenco academy alongside my mother and perform extensively throughout the state. i have also studied middle eastern dance for fifteen years and teach classes in egyptian & american style cabaret belly dance, fusion & gypsy at my academy. please visit our websites at www.flamencohouston.com, www.flamencospirit.com and www.bellydanceintexas.com.
