My dear brothers and sisters,

My name is Soulfriend and I am calling together the healing domes for the Redlightning community in Black Rock CIty, Nevada. (www.redlightning.org)

The healing council has formed and our vision is materializing. This message is for you who are called to hold space with us. To be of service to the immediate community Redlightning, as well as to the community of BRC and beyond.

Are you interested in co-creating and activating a harmonic resonance for vitality, health, life and transformational work? Are you who we are dreaming in, to collectively hold down this space on the playa?

The intention is to offer a variety of healing modalities ie: DNA activations, oracles, light workers, massage, healing touch, yoga, sound healing… you name it, to those going through their processes within the vibrations of the divine feminine and sacred masculine, uniting at the vesica piscis.

We will be working out of two domes within the Redlightning. The first will be a facilitated healing space with tables for active process with a center altar for prayer and connecting to the vortex of the 7th dimension. The second dome will be a community wellness sanctuary for group work ie: breath work, sound healing, guided meditation, talks on blood mysteries... Between workshops, it will be a contemplative/retreat space for people to meditate or rest and receive the vibrations that we as a collective activate and hold throughout the week.

We will also be working in tandem with the tender-hart guardians and invite you to consider offering your services as a guardian of the healing domes and the healers as well.

A Gathering of the Tribe

Once upon a time a great tribe of people lived in a world far away from ours. Whether far away in space, or in time, or even outside of time, we do not know. They lived in a state of enchantment and joy that few of us today dare to believe could exist, except in those exceptional peak experiences when we glimpse the true potential of life and mind.

One day the shaman of the tribe called a meeting. They gathered around him, and he spoke very solemnly. "My friends," he said, "there is a world that needs our help. It is called earth, and its fate hangs in the balance. Its humans have reached a critical point in their collective birthing, and they will be stillborn without our help. Who would like to volunteer for a mission to this time and place, and render service to humanity?"

"Tell us more about his mission," they asked.

"I am glad you asked, because it is no small thing. I will put you into a deep, deep trance, so complete that you will forget who you are. You will live a human life, and in the beginning you will completely forget your origins. You will forget even our language and your own true name. You will be separated from the wonder and beauty of our world, and from the love that bathes us all. You will miss it deeply, yet you will not know what it is you are missing. You will only remember the love and beauty that we know to be normal as a longing in your heart. Your memory will take the form of an intuitive knowledge, as you plunge into the painfully marred earth, that a more beautiful world is possible.

"As you grow up in that world, your knowledge will be under constant assault. You will be told in a million ways that a world of destruction, violence, drudgery, anxiety, and degradation is normal. You may go through a time when you are completely alone, with no allies to affirm your knowledge of a more beautiful world. You may plunge into a depth of despair that we, in our world of light, cannot imagine. But no matter what, a spark of knowledge will never leave you. A memory of your true origin will be encoded in your DNA. That spark will lie within you, inextinguishable, until one day it is awakened.

"You see, even though you will feel, for a time, utterly alone, you will not be alone. I will send you assistance, help that you will experience as miraculous, experiences that you will describe as transcendent. For a few moments or hours or days, you will reawaken to the beauty and the joy that is meant to be. You will see it on earth, for even though the planet and its people are deeply wounded, there is beauty there still, projected from past and future onto the present as a promise of what is possible and a reminder of what is real.

"You will also receive help from each other. As you begin to awaken to your mission you will meet others of our tribe. You will recognize them by your common purpose, values, and intuitions, and by the similarity of the paths you have walked. As the condition of the planet earth reaches crisis proportions, your paths will cross more and more. The time of loneliness, the time of thinking you might be crazy, will be over.

"You will find the people of your tribe all over the earth, and become aware of them through the long-distance communication technologies used on that planet. But the real shift, the real quickening, will happen in face-to-face gatherings in special places on earth. When many of you gather together you will launch a new stage on your journey, a journey which, I assure you, will end where it began. Then, the mission that lay unconscious within you will flower into consciousness. Your intuitive rebellion against the world presented you as normal will become an explicit quest to create a more beautiful one.

"In the time of loneliness, you will always be seeking to reassure yourself that you are not crazy. You will do that by telling people all about what is wrong with the world, and you will feel a sense of betrayal when they don't listen to you. You will be hungry for stories of wrongness, atrocity, and ecological destruction, all of which confirm the validity of your intuition that a more beautiful world exists. But after you have fully received the help I will send you, and the quickening of your gatherings, you will no longer need to do that. Because, you will Know. Your energy will thereafter turn toward actively creating that more beautiful world."

A tribeswoman asked the shaman, "How do you know this will work? Are you sure your shamanic powers are great enough to send us on such a journey?"

The shaman replied, "I know it will work because I have done it many times before. Many have already been sent to earth, to live human lives, and to lay the groundwork for the mission you will undertake now. I've been practicing! The only difference now is that many of you will venture there at once. What is new in the time you will live in, is that the Gatherings are beginning to happen."

A tribesman asked, "Is there a danger we will become lost in that world, and never wake up from the shamanic trance? Is there a danger that the despair, the cynicism, the pain of separation will be so great that it will extinguish the spark of hope, the spark of our true selves and origin, and that we will separated from our beloved ones forever?"

The shaman replied, "That is impossible. The more deeply you get lost, the more powerful the help I will send you. You might experience it at the time as a collapse of your personal world, the loss of everything important to you. Later you will recognize the gift within it. We will never abandon you."

Another man asked, "Is it possible that our mission will fail, and that this planet, earth, will perish?"

The shaman replied, "I will answer your question with a paradox. It is impossible that your mission will fail. Yet, its success hangs on your own actions. The fate of the world is in your hands. The key to this paradox lies within you, in the feeling you carry that each of your actions, even your personal, secret struggles within, has cosmic significance. You will know then, as you do now, that everything you do matters. God sees everything."

There were no more questions. The volunteers gathered in a circle, and the shaman went to each one. The last thing each was aware of was the shaman blowing smoke in his face. They entered a deep trance and dreamed themselves into the world where we find ourselves today.

Who are these missionaries from the more beautiful world? You and I are surely among them. Where else could this longing come from, for this magical place to be found nowhere on earth, this beautiful time outside of time? It comes from our intuitive knowledge of our origin and destination. The longing, indomitable, will never settle for a world that is less. Against all reason, we look upon the horrors of our age, mounting over the millennia, and we say NO, it does not have to be this way! We know it, because we have been there. We carry in our souls the knowledge that a more beautiful world is possible. Reason says it is impossible; reason says that even to slow -- much less reverse -- the degradation of the planet is an impossible task: politically unfeasible, opposed by the Money Power and its oligarchies. It is true that those powers will fight to uphold the world we have known. Their allies lurk within even ourselves: despair, cynicism, and resignation to carving out a life that is "good enough" for me and mine.

But we of the tribe know better. In the darkest despair a spark of hope lies inextinguishable within us, ready to be fanned into flames at the slightest turn of good news. However compelling the cynicism, a jejune idealism lives within us, always ready to believe, always ready to look upon new possibilities with fresh eyes, surviving despite infinite disappointments. And however resigned we may have felt, our aggrandizement of me and mine is half-hearted, for part of our energy is looking elsewhere, outward toward our true mission.

I would like to advise caution against dividing the world into two types of people, those who are of the tribe and those who are not. How often have you felt like an alien in a world of people who don't get it and don't care? The irony is that nearly everyone feels that way, deep down. When we are young the feeling of mission and the sense of magnificent origins and a magnificent destination is strong. Any career or way of life lived in betrayal of that knowing is painful, and can only be maintained through an inner struggle that shuts down a part of our being. For a time, we can keep ourselves functioning through various kinds of addictions or trivial pleasures to consume the life force and dull the pain. In earlier times, we might have kept the sense of mission and destiny buried for a lifetime, and called that condition maturity. Times are changing now though, as millions of people are awakening to their mission all at the same time. The condition of the planet is waking us up. Another way to put it, is that we are becoming young again.

When you feel that sense of alienation, when you look upon that sea of faces mired so inextricably in the old world and fighting to maintain it, think back to a time when you too were, to all outside appearances, a full and willing participant in that world as well. The same spark of revolution you carried then, the same secret refusal, dwells in all people. How was it that you finally stopped fighting it? How was it that you came to realize that you were right all along, that the world offered to us is wrong, and that no life is worth living that does not in some way strive to create a better one? How was it that it became intolerable to devote your life energy toward the perpetuation of the old world? Most likely, it happened when the old world fell apart around your ears.

As the multiple crises of money, health, energy, ecology, and more converge upon us, the world is going to collapse for millions more. We must stand ready to welcome them into the tribe. We must stand ready to welcome them back home.

The time of loneliness, of walking the path alone, of thinking maybe the world is right and I am wrong for refusing to participate fully in it... that time is over. For years we walked around talking about how wrong everything is: the political system, the educational system, religious institutions, the military-industrial complex, the banking industry, the medical system -- really, any system you study deeply enough. We needed to talk about it because we needed to assure ourselves that we were not, in fact, crazy. We needed as well to talk about alternatives, the way things should be. "We" should eliminate CFCs. "They" should stop cutting down the rain forests. "The government" should declare no fishing zones. This talk, too, was necessary, for it validated our vision of the world that could be: a peaceful and exuberant humanity living in co-creative partnership with a wild garden earth.

The time, though, for talking merely to assure ourselves that we are right is coming to an end. People everywhere are tired of it, tired of attending yet another lecture, organizing yet another discussion group online. We want more. A few weeks ago as I was preparing for a speaking trip to Oregon, the organizers told me, "These people don't need to be told what the problems are. They don't even need to be told what the solutions are. They already know that, and many of them are already in action. What they want is to take their activism to the next level."

To do that, to fully step into one's mission here on earth, one must experience an inner shift that cannot be merely willed upon oneself. It does not normally happen through the gathering or receiving of information, but through various kinds of experiences that reach deep into our unconscious minds. Whenever I am blessed with such an experience, I get the sense that some benevolent yet pitiless power -- the shaman in the story -- has reached across the void to quicken me, to reorganize my DNA, to rewire my nervous system. I come away changed.

One way it happens is through the "gathering of the tribe" I described in this story. I think many people who attended the recent Reality Sandwich retreat in Utah experienced something like this. Such gatherings are happening now all over the world. You go back, perhaps, to "real life" afterwards, but it no longer seems so real. Your perceptions and priorities change. New possibilities emerge. Instead of feeling stuck in your routines, life changes around you at a vertiginous pace. The unthinkable becomes commonsense and the impossible becomes easy. It may not happen right away, but once the internal shift has occurred, it is inevitable.

Here I am, a speaker and a writer, going on about how the time for mere talk has ended. Yet not all words are mere talk. A spirit can ride the vehicle of words, a spirit that is larger than, yet not separate from, their meaning. Sometimes I find that when I bow into service, that spirit inhabits the space in which I speak and affects all present. A sacredness infuses our conversations and the non-verbal experiences that are becoming part of my events. In the absence of that sacredness, I feel like a smart-ass, up there entertaining people and telling them information they could just as easily read online. Last Friday night I spoke on a panel in New York, one of three smart-asses, and I think many in the audience left disappointed (though maybe not as disappointed as I was in myself). We are looking for something more, and it is finding us.

The revolutionary spark of our true mission has been fanned into flames before, only to return again to an ember. You may remember an acid trip in 1975, a Grateful Dead concert in 1982, a kundalini awakening in 1999 -- an event that, in the midst of it, you knew was real, a privileged glimpse into a future that can actually manifest. Then later, as its reality faded into memory and the inertial routines of life consumed you, you perhaps dismissed it and all such experiences as an excursion from life, a mere "trip." But something in you knows it was real, realer than the routines of normalcy. Today, such experiences are accelerating in frequency even as "normal" falls apart. We are at the beginning of a new phase. Our gatherings are not a substitute for action; they are an initiation into a state of being from which the necessary kinds of actions arise. Soon you will say, with wonder and serenity, "I know what to do, and I trust myself to do it."

TODAY, I give thanks for the light that exists within each one of you.


TODAY, I acknowledge that your quest for light beyond shadow, your desire to defeat your own cynicism, your work at believing the impossible possible, your faith in change and the ability of humankind to transcend past transgressions and overcome the shortsightedness of ignorance and fear, and our collective effort at stretching the boundaries of reality, has enabled us to achieve the dream that is TODAY.


TODAY, I acknowledge that even my own success is a simple spoke in the wheel of our collective success, and that our collective success is in response to all of the individual effort that we have put forward in our individual lives, in private moments, in private struggles against our lesser selves.


Some of us worked on being more honest.

Some of us worked on being more kind.

Some of us worked on not hiding our emotions.

Some of us worked on becoming less angry.

Some of us worked on becoming better listeners.

Some of us worked on facing our fears.

Some of us worked on remembering to say thank you.

Some of us worked on trusting our loved ones.

Some of us worked on having more faith.

Some of us worked on detoxifying our environment.

Some of us worked on detoxifying our minds.

Some of us worked on monitoring our diets.

Some of us worked on strengthening our discipline.

Some of us worked on broadening our skills.

Some of us worked on learning new languages.

Some of us worked on becoming better parents.

Some of us worked on becoming better friends.

Some of us worked on remembering our dreams.

Some of us worked on forgiving the past.

Some of us worked on strengthening our bodies.

Some of us worked on sharing and giving back.

Some of us worked on taking on greater responsibility.

Some of us worked on our art.


As a result of all of the work that has been done quietly in our individual lives, we have collectively contributed to the blossoming understanding and simplest expression of what God is. God is our good, and even the good we do for our self counts. Each fully blossomed flower on the hillside of our destiny adds to the broadened spectrum of our being. And together, we create more than beauty, more than fate; we evolve the depth and scope of the All-Seeing.


We may never see it reported through the media, but there is more good happening in this world than evil. There are more children smiling in this moment than any single one of us could fathom… and someone just fell in love, and someone just helped a stranger, and someone just scored a goal, and someone got their hearing back, and someone's joking with their co-worker, and someone's sitting in the kitchen, while the rest of the household sleeps, writing a poem.


Today, I give thanks for all of the good that has gone unrewarded, for every kind word, action, or deed. Today, I gave thanks for the God that is within each and every one of you, that is us, when we claim who we are

There are two sides to the path of practice: the side of developing and the
side of letting go. And it's important that you see the practice in both
perspectives, that your practice contains both sides. If you practice just
letting go, you'll throw away the baby with the bath water. Everything good
will get thrown out because you let go of everything and leave nothing left.
On the other hand, if yours is just a practice of developing and working and
doing, you miss the things that happen on their own, that happen when you do
let go.

So an important part of the practice is realizing which is which. This is
what discernment is all about, realizing which qualities in the mind are
skillful, the ones that are our friends, and which qualities are unskillful,
the ones that are your enemies. The ones that are your friends are those
that help make your knowledge clearer, make you see things more clearly --
things like mindfulness, concentration and discernment, together with the
qualities they depend on: virtue, morality, persistence. These are the good
guys in the mind. These are the ones you have to nurture, the ones you have
to work at. If you don't work at them, they won't come on their own.

Some people think that practice is simply a matter of letting the mind go
with its own flow, but the flow of the mind tends to flow down, just as
water flows downhill, which is why the mind needs to be trained. In training
the mind, we're not creating the unconditioned or unfabricated in the mind.
It's more like polishing wood. The grain is already there in the wood but,
unless you polish it, it doesn't shimmer, it doesn't shine. You don't create
the grain, but the polishing is what brings out the grain already there. If
you don't polish it, it doesn't have the same shimmer, it doesn't have the
same beauty it does when it's polished. (...)

This is why there has to be effort. This is why there has to be work in the
practice.

So many things are happening that you have to watch carefully in case you miss something. New opportunities are opening for Lightworkers as there is more support for their work than any previous occasion. As the old bastions collapse so the new can take its place, and we see much progress being made at this time. The breath of fresh air that has swept across your nation, has galvanized many people into action as they now see it is time to step forward. Your President Elect leads the way and will eventually come into his own, as he takes over full power in his decision making. At present it is very much a case of laying down the basis of a support group, but that will eventually become more personalized.



Out of the chaos will rise a new way of leadership, and it will directly address the issues and concerns of the people. That will be quite a different approach to what you have been used to and lift politics to a new level. However, it is only the beginning as a quantum leap forward will only come with our arrival on Earth. What is happening is that the dark forces are losing their power, and finding much more resistance to their attempts to maintain the old ways. They are being gradually removed from their positions of power. Be assured that behind the scenes there is far more happening than appears on the surface.



You are experiencing the inevitable breakdown of all that has no place in your future. One that has in part been set in motion by you, but also manifests in accordance with the divine plan that covers this period leading up to completion of the cycle. It is all change, and as people of good intentions galvanise their efforts to bring the new into place, they will find opportunities to assist those of the Light. These are the times you have been waiting for and their emergence is the answer to your pleas for change. Our presence is also part of the greater plan, and we will join you at the appropriate time and ensure your progress takes off in leaps and bounds. Our preparations have been in place for a long time and updated and ready to commence at a minutes notice. As always our influence and guidance is felt by many of you, and we work with you even although you may be unaware of it.



At times we know you wonder why we can be so positive about the end times, when there are so many other beliefs that are quite different. It is down to many centuries of predictions that cover them, and they have become energized as life-lines of their own. They attract people who have similar beliefs and that adds to their potential manifestation. At times in your past a different end-time was possible, but because your consciousness has moved beyond it a more powerful time line has been created. We refer to Ascension and all that it promises, which means that the earlier expectations are no longer valid. You have moved beyond the need for devastating world-wide events that would have spelt the end of the Earth. Now the physical changes are totally under our watchful eye, and we are authorized to lessen their impact upon you. Changes there must be as part of the cleansing and restoration of Mother Earth.



One of our most difficult tasks will to be bringing about of the end of the war machine. The energies that have built such a monster have to be channeled into a more neutral avenue of expression. We foresee many personnel making the transition to a peaceful organization that will care for Earth and its people, and will be pleased to contribute to the Light. Not every soul drawn to the work of the military powers is tied to the negative energies. Many in fact have viewed their work as in the interests of the protection of their country. There are of course others who revel in death and destruction, and to them will be offered the chance to be re-educated and find their Light within.



We do not condemn anyone regardless of which side they are on, but simply see all carrying out their part in this last period before it ends. There is a lot of karma being cleared, and such experiences are essential to your onward progress on your spiritual path. Judgement is something you are encouraged to do from birth, as it is just considered normal without regard to the consequences. However, once you understand that all of you are enacting roles that satisfy your desires, and each and every one of you are important to that expression you will view it differently. You are taught to judge others on the basis of color and religion, and will eventually see that they are simply the means to experience in a way that has been chosen by those souls.



We know the tasks ahead are formidable but where your spiritual knowledge is concerned, the Masters will return to Earth to give you the truth. They will also tell you of what lies ahead, and how the choice is always yours as to which direction you go. For those who are aware that changes are happening but do not understand where it is all leading, we ourselves will take on the task of enlightening them. First and foremost it must be understood that life is infinite, and that you have had many lives upon Earth. It is part of your spiritual evolution, and Ascension will lift you up to levels that you passed through on your downward path into duality. You are old souls who are just beginning to remember that you are of the Light. What we come to enlighten you about is not really new to you, and we know that you will accept it quite readily. We come as it were to jog your memory, as deep within your subconsciousness you can connect with past experiences.



In reality there is nothing new in the Universe that has not existed in the past. It is all in the “now” and once you move out of linear time, you will experience the truth of that statement. It is a difficult concept whilst you are bound by time, but try to imagine the past, present and future as one. Some of you have traveled into the future, and remote viewing is quite advanced in your own country. There is so much that has been hidden from you, not least of all the undeniable proof that our space craft are real, and that we and other extraterrestrials have frequently landed on your Earth. We have met your leaders who have repeatedly rejected our help.

and divine wisdom. Greetings beloved ones.

And it is with great joy and pleasure in our hearts that we may gather with each of you
upon this day as we hold you firmly within the heart of Christ and securely upon the
hands of God.

Beloved ones this key date activation for the 11th of the 11th 2008 is a very important
one. This is a time of the turning of the tide. You find yourself within a place where
everything around you is in the state of constant change, it appears as if nothing is
guaranteed other than change however, this perceived turmoil, chaos and fall is vital
in order for all of you to move forward.

The reason why this key date is so important is because between the 11th and 13th of
November the doorways and all the access points that the Dark Lord has used to gain
entry to the world will be sealed, now the world I speak of is the world of the fluid
energy, the fluid paradigm. The time of darkness is coming to a close and in this case
you are ending the journey through the Dark Age, which we refer to as the age of
ignorance. The Piscean Age was very much that, the time where everyone expected
to be told what to do, how to do it and when to do it, now you are entering the
Aquarian Age. This is the time of reclaiming your power and stepping into the
knowingness of who you are and what your truth is. With these portals being sealed
you are released into a new time-line; a new experience of what the Aquarian energy
is all about.

Between the 11th and 13th it will feel as if a great part of you is disconnected, perhaps
even you may sense or feel some kind of disruption within yourself. During those three
days the process that will be activated by us to disable the access points will require
stillness, and the three days of stillness is the time where you journey within into the

place of yourself and you will be shown some of your own strengths and the wisdom
that lies within you. Your mind will undergo a powerful release of the old paradigm and
the shift that shall take place will literally lift you from one place and place you within a
new one, therefore, we suggest that during these three days you spend time focusing
on that which nurtures you, on that which brings about balance and support in your
life. Focus on the inner qualities that allow this to unfold. You will also find that
unsupportive and ignorant belief systems will surface, however, they will not hang
around for very long because of the presence of support you will be experiencing. On
the 11th, 12th and 13th you will have within your midst the energies of myself, Lord
Kuthumi. The entire Elohim will be focusing on this grand time of change, you will
experience how the portals within yourself through which darkness accessed your
greatest fears will close and you will find that the realisation of what fear is all about
coming to the fore. It is vital that you truly understand the illusion that lies within,
beneath, above, before, behind and to each side of fear. There is a big difference
between natural survival instinct and fabricated fears.

We have given a tremendous amount of information over the past few weeks
regarding working with those aspects of yourself. Do not push these aside as
unimportant and if you feel you are in a very strong place in your life with very little
fears it does not mean that you will not benefit from that which we have transmitted
already. This gateway that is opening from the 13th of November is bringing in all the
energies of light. The Gods and Goddesses, Lords and Ladies of light step into the
realm of the Fluid Universe and penetrate the twelve point chakra system within the
open heart of every willing soul and by this we mean the willing souls who are ready to
fully face themselves, completely reclaim their power and be confident about their
mission to move forward.

From the 13th of November the energies change completely, a completely new
signature will slowly be integrated into the DNA of your body. That integration process
will take place from the 13th to the 21st of November, during that time you will find
yourself simply dropping that which you deem no longer an important part of your life,
your process, your thoughts, your attitudes and your beliefs. It is not something to
fear, it will unfold with grace and ease. This is one of the most magical times of your
year and is vital in the next phase of your preparation for 21/12/2008.

Some of you are already aware of the fact that a number of us; the Ascended Masters,
are moving into a much higher vibration as a result of our own progress and we have
been granted permission to bring those of you who are ready with us, not into the
same realm, but you are being lifted into a higher realm than you have been in before
however, it requires an enormous amount of responsibility of the self; self awareness,
self love and self acceptance, for now you are being groomed to emerge as the true
beacons of light of the Golden Age.

From the 21st of December 2008 to the 11th of October 2011 your life path, your life
mission and your purpose, if you want to call it that, will take on a whole new meaning,
it will explode open like the blossom greeting the first rays of the sun and this is when
you will understand why we have been so emphatic regarding mastering the self by
accepting self, loving self and taking full responsibility for the self because this is
where everything that you have learnt must be applied. In this new realm there is no
room for the lower frequency human behaviour, you are emerging as a more
enlightened human being and you create the new patterns. It is your destiny to do this,
which is why you are doing this today.

Today’s transmission is a little different to what we usually do and what we want you
to do are certain exercises, which make up the complete picture of what we are
creating. The very first thing you are to do is take as much time as you need to write
down absolutely every regret you have ever had and have in your life. Write down
every fear and negative belief system you have about yourself, about your health,
relationships, money, family, your abilities and creativity (A minimum of four under
each of those headings). Once you have done this you are then to set those pages
aside and imagine yourself as God or Goddess looking down upon you from the midst
of the Cosmos, from the realms of pure divine light and love. Take a few minutes to
breathe this essence into your body and do not begin the next exercise until you feel
the immensity of this power and of this light inside of you. Once you feel it I want you
then to write down every pearl of wisdom you can see from the God mind and the
Goddess mind that you have gained as a result of your life experiences. I want you to
write down every hope, every dream and every joy that you have experienced in your
life and then I want you to write a letter to yourself from God/Goddess. In that space
God and Goddess will channel through to you. If you find your mind trying to distract
you, stop, take a deep breath in, relax and affirm I am God, I am Goddess and repeat
it like a mantra for as long as you need until that strong feeling is back again and
continue to write. Only stop when you feel everything has been said. Do not analyse
the process, do not stop and think about what you are writing let it flow, if there is a
judgement that arises while you are writing, stop, breathe in deeply and do your
mantras again and continue.

This exercise challenges the old paradigm self to respectfully step down from the
podium of ruling your life and to relinquish control to the higher aspect of the human
self you are becoming. This is one of the most important exercises you will do for
yourself at this time. The purpose behind this exercise is to support the closing down
of those access points that the darkness has used to access your fear. You can only
release it when you see what you have lived by in relation to your fears, your beliefs
and attitudes about yourself. Your regrets become triggers that motivate you and your
behaviour, which often manifests as compromise, self sabotage and self wounding,
saying yes when you mean no and vice versa. All of your fears, when you see what
those fears are and you remember my words at the beginning saying to you that
everything within fear, above it, beneath it, before it, behind it and to either side of it is
illusion you begin to grasp the fact that the higher wise human has within it’s essence
the ability and the tools to transmute all of that. This is one of your major initiations
and “tests” so to speak as an alchemist. The alchemist must transform his or her own
life before they can truly practice alchemy with others.

The alchemical process is the opening of the crystal heart; that place inside of you that
contains the pure essence of the God and the Goddess, two divine expressions of one
self. The letter that the God and Goddess are giving to you contains truth, your
challenge with this is to accept the truth about yourself. Most people have difficulty
with this because they and you have built your identities on the false beliefs and fears
of your past, you have adopted them as truth whether you can prove it or not, whether
it is real or not and you have said this is who I am. I have one question for you: are
you still willing to live your life motivated by the fearful and judgemental projections of
the external world, or, are you ready to be your authentic self?

The ego will challenge what God and Goddess have said to you but that is not your
problem, your focus is on integrating this light and this exercise is part of your journey
out of the age of darkness; the age of ignorance and into the new realm of liquid light.
It is this light that now forms a kind of wall behind you like a support structure and it is

this liquid light that you can lean on and trust that it will carry you and move you
forward, it’s energy is infinite and ever present.

This particular exercise will help you to understand and gain clarity; the understanding
of what has motivated you throughout your life and the clarity inside of you that those
motivations have not been who you really are. Not only does this exercise prepare you
for the second ascension wave but it also adds to the foundation of your new world,
which we have called the Promise of New Life.

Lady Nada will assist you with this for she is the overlighting being alongside me for
these energies of the Promise of New Life. You will be shown in many ways the
importance of utilising the pearls of wisdom you have gained, the importance of
tapping into your source of joy, of gratitude and the ability to believe in your hopes,
your dreams and your wishes without attaching yourself to outcomes or placing
limitation by expecting something specific to unfold. You place your dream within the
liquid of this liquid love and trust that where you are will take you to where you need to
be in a most beautiful, miraculous, sometimes even magical and always graceful way.

Your experiences are changing beyond your wildest imaginings. You are now
penetrating a hymen of sorts. It is this new world that will show you that all the
teachings you have been following have always been preparing you for that moment.
You will also realise that the inhibiting qualities of the ignorant human being was
unable to and is unable to comprehend what lies beyond this hymen. We use the word
hymen specifically because it is virgin territory that you are entering, and this hymen
only you can penetrate because it is a world that has been created by you, with you
and for you. There are billions of others that are working with a similar template but
there is only one unique entry point for each of you, but the old access points must be
securely sealed in order for you to penetrate this “virgin world”.

You will see how important this journey has been for you. You will also begin to realise
how important all your challenges have been and I suggest that once you have read,
re-read and re-read the letter from God/Goddess again that you then sit in gratitude
for every challenge, for every tear you have shed, for every moment that you wept,
been wounded and experienced pain and suffering, for it is all of that which has
brought you to where you are and it is this combined energy of emotional, mental and
spiritual maturity that grants you access to the worlds of liquid light, liquid love and
fluid consciousness. You are entering a part of the Kingdom of Heaven that you have
never entered before. Master Jesus said that the house of his father has many rooms.
You are about to embark upon a journey that guarantees you will never be the same
again.

So, beloved ones, begin this exercise as soon as possible. I, Kuthumi, have already
activated the energy grid around you that will support you through this time. We have
also created a three dimensional crystal heart around you, within this crystal heart is
your true essence. Your personal guides, your doorkeeper guide, your healing angel
and master teacher will be contained within this crystal heart with you during this time,
use it to create the floor plan of that which you wish to plant, nurture, grow and harvest
in this new time-line. If it is at all possible begin this process immediately after my
transmission is completed and celebrate a new dawn within the new world of liquid
light.

Beloved ones you have earned entry into this realm within the Kingdoms of Heaven.
This is the last phase of the cycle. Not too long ago I said it is like running the final

hundred metres, give it all you have and do not for a moment doubt that you deserve
anything less than the absolute best. Put your heart, your soul, your spirit and your
essence into this exercise and I promise you, you won’t regret it.

Be aware that the collective consciousness will be under added stress and strain
during these three days of transition. Fear may build in the collective consciousness
because the economic situation in your world will become more strained and it is this
strain that feeds the fear of the collective, but you should know by now that the dark
energy will hold on with all it’s might and will make sure that as it goes down it will take
as much as it can with it and I am sure you are not one of those things that plans on
going down with it, are you? (No) Very well.

Now the light, this liquid light, is very important because it will come forward in some
kind of physical manifestation as well. The liquid light contains the liquid love so liquid
will play an important part in the process, besides giving your body enough liquid, a
minimum of two litres a day excluding any kind of beverage like coffee or any other
beverage containing caffeine because it dehydrates your body, therefore, water and
any other liquid is going to support this process all the way up until the 21st of March
2009. The liquid light and liquid love is going to wash through all those areas that
contained the access points where the most traffic of darkness existed. The Dark Lord
however is being given an opportunity to step into his light self/her light self and you
will see many amazing healings taking place. You will also see that the dichotomies of
life are incredibly humorous, and when you see and I mean truly see that life is in fact
just a game, then my precious ones you are truly free.

Never forget that you are a master remembering your truth in human form and
absolutely nothing is stopping you from attaining full master consciousness in a
human form, nothing other than yourself! And so it is beloved ones that I leave you
with these words and urge you to carry this exercise out as much as some of you don’t
want to, and if you find a hundred and one excuses why not to do it then force yourself
to do it, the more you don’t want to do it the more you need to do it. This exercise is
my gift of liberation to you.

Know that we are ever present always guiding, always supporting and always
protecting you and may all always be well in your world, in your journey, in anchoring
peace in your heart, your mind, your body, your spirit and soul.

Real men play nice

In the 1960s when Stuart Schlegel went to live among the Teduray, a tribe that made its home in the Philippine rainforest, the American missionary found a society he called "radically egalitarian." Men and women, children and adults, shamans and basket weavers: All operated as equals. The effect on Schlegel was dramatic. He returned as an anthropologist to study the tribe, discovering that the Teduray knew no violence, no repression and no hoarding of wealth. Childrearing was equally divided between parents. Decisions were made by consensus, balancing the welfare of everyone in the community. In other words, the whole society was built on co-operation, non-violence and equality. In Wisdom from a Rainforest (University of Georgia Press, 1999), Schlegel analyzes the results of his fieldwork, offering pointed commentary on American society when he compares it to the culture of the Teduray and sounding wistful in his yearning for primitive societies. Schlegel's tone is understandable since in 1972, the 120-member community he studied was caught in the crossfire between the government and Muslim rebels and wiped out. Its values also seem at risk of extinction. But the professor emeritus in anthropology at the University of California, Santa Cruz should be pleased to see that such values are beginning to take root in modern societies. In her upcoming book The Real Wealth of Nations: Creating a Caring Economics (Berrett-Koehler, 2007), sociologist Riane Eisler outlines the recent emergence of these "female" values in a world in which the emphasis on competition and violence have had disastrous effects. She calls a society like that of the Teduray "a partnership system" as opposed to "a domination system," in which men consider themselves superior to women and promote individualism over co-operation. According to Eisler - known for her feminist bestseller "The Chalice and the Blade" - Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland and Finland are leading the way. In these countries, she says, the poor and the rich both benefit from the higher quality of life, and a remarkable degree of equality is enjoyed by men and women, both inside and outside the family. In the political arena, some 40 percent of Nordic parliament members are women, a higher percentage than in other parts of the world. In the professional sphere, three-quarters of Norwegian women work, with a good chance at equal pay. There, a controversial emancipation law prescribes that at least 40 percent of board members at the 550 largest publicly traded companies should be women. Since the law was adopted in 2002, the number of female board members at large companies has tripled - though many firms still have not achieved the target percentage. Eisler writes: "As the status of women rises, so does the status of caregiving, non-violence and other traits deemed inappropriate for men in dominator societies because they’re associated with 'inferior' femininity. In partnership-oriented cultures, men can value these traits and activities in themselves as well as in society because women are no longer subordinate."

What does this kind of shift in values mean for a contemporary society? In The Real Wealth of Nations, Eisler describes the effects within Nordic countries: Peace. Nordic countries led the way in legislation banning domestic violence involving children. They also created the first peace studies programs, when the rest of the world only had military academies. Family. Tax incentives support activities like caregiving considered more feminine in nature. For instance, the government subsidizes child care and a generous scheme for paid parental leave for both mothers and fathers. Environment. Not only do Nordic countries have far-reaching environmental laws but the corporate sector enacts green measures on its own. In 1989 - long before "corporate social responsibility" became fashionable - the Swedish scientist Karl-Henrik Robrt founded The Natural Step to help companies become more sustainable. The Swedish furniture giant IKEA was among the first to embrace the model. Solidarity. Nordic countries spend a higher-than-average percentage of their gross domestic products on aid to the developing world. In spending those funds, the emphasis is on fair economic development, environmental protection and human rights. Corporate sector. Sweden and Norway were among the first countries to experiment with "economic democracy," whereby employees have more authority in the workplace as well as increased responsibility. Additionally, co-operatives - associations of producers and consumers who are both members and owners - play an important role in Nordic countries' economies - fueling the growth of wind energy, for example.

An emphasis on care and co-operation does not have to weaken a country's economy. In the World Economic Forum's (WEF) annual global competitiveness report, the Nordic countries are invariably among the top-ranking regions, even with high taxes. At an interview held at the presentation of the 2005-2006 report, the WEF's chief economist Augusto Lopez-Claros said:"If the high tax rates generate resources that are then used to deliver world-class educational establishments, an effective social safety net and a highly motivated and skilled labour force, then competitiveness is boosted, not undermined." Various studies also show that Nordic residents are happy. In the United Nations' Human Development Report they score high in the "quality of life" category. In The Real Wealth of Nations, Eisler contends that the northern Europeans' high level of fulfillment demonstrates the potential of every modern society to advance, thanks to greater appreciation for female values. Under such a definition of "progress," the world stands to become a nicer place.
