So I'm now officially looking for a roommate.

I live in 78704 (though not the trendy part :} ), pretty handy to
71/Lamar/Mopac/35... Pretty close to bus routes. It's a 2/1 with a
carport and decent-sized back yard. The larger of the bedrooms is
going to be open. I have a good amount of stuff, so I would prefer
someone without much furniture, but that could be worked out for the
right person. The kicker: I have two large dogs, who are very sweet,
very loyal, great guard dogs, and WANT YOUR LOVIN'. They really are
Attention Hounds. For a dog person this won't matter much. I do also
have a cat, and she's just as sweet as can be, and mostly hangs out in
my room. No smoking in the house. Must be "burner friendly" -- figured
these lists would be good for that... Rent is $355 per month, and I
have a personal, pretty cool landlord.
