to float above the waters of emotion...

i strive to be ever more capable of acknowledging and honoring my powerful emotions and feelings without being consumed by them. i find this image beautifully symbolic of being close to the surface of the watery well of emotion and subconscious, seeing and reflecting upon it, without diving in, thrashing about or drowning.
