as i'm terriby fortunate, i was invited to meet rufus wainwright last night at vino paradiso we had a gorgeous bottle of montepulciano, and sat around chatting with rufus and ben folds, one of our friends, a girl, almost took home a hot drummer rufus had some fabulous multicolor suedette trousers, "I got'em in San Diego, he he." What a crazy laugh he has! It was just a very simple and nice quiet evening. We went to Montage afterwords for a bit and a lovely chat with Jeffree Pine, Montage's most beautiful participant. (no photos yet, have to get them developed — old school b&w film camera)

Fruit Farm has kicked my ass once again.

LIFE IS GOOD! Fruit Farm Film Festival (http://tribes.tribe.net/ffff) was a huge fucking blast. Lots of work but lots of fun and play as well. We arrived Friday and set up camp, including my 9-man 2-room ginormous tent. We set parasols everywhere and called ourselves Camp Parasol. It was HOT, 100° sometimes. We had cases of Pellegrino water with which to bathe as showers weren't easily accessible. It actually only takes one bottle to get clean; half to start and half to rinse. Everyone was all uptight about this! Virtually no-one partook of the decadent stay-cool maneuver — some even took offence, saying it was wasteful and environmentally unsound. Fuck that, I stayed cool and had fun doing it. There were tons of fun people and loads of fun events. Kirsty and I, with the help of many others, planned and implemented the dinner table for 200 people in French provincial style. We had Sissyboys dressed in Louis XIV drag, running around as the aristocracy and they were amazing. MEOW MEOW performed on Saturday night to RAVE REVIEWS, everyone was gobsmacked, it was just an amazing, amazing, amazing performance. And, she wow'd us again on Sunday with an impromptu set with Thomas at the piano. more later…''

I resisted mobile phones, and for some reason, I've resisted blogs too. I am currently being stalked by some fucking crazy Aussie from the bar around the corner from my house. He knows where I live and work and it's fucking pissing me off.
