This is the Astrological configuration that many believe was responsible for the cultural and social revolution of the 60's. For it to happen on an election day where it's likely that the first Afro-american president is likely to be elected is weird. Also there are measures on the ballot for "greener energy" as well as a drop in the drug offending, non-violent prison population. Let's hope that this sets in motion another big jump in the evolution of mass consciousness.
