i am growing more and more discontent with the idea that the 'norm' is to work 40 hours a week (and what I wouldn't give to work only 40 hours a week on a regular basis...been working more like 45-50 or more hours and i'm tired of it). it is such a waste when you consider that there is so much in the world to experience, but what i am experiencing for over 1/3 of my weekdays is my desk at work and more paperwork.
