I find Sueness spinning around in my head at the best moments. Her smile lightens my walk. Her laugh brightens my day. Her voice cheers me up on a dark day. They are doing a free concert in Hollywood for the Jimmy Kimmel show. Originally it was going to be open to the public with 1iota ticket holders getting a closer spot, but now they have closed it off to the public. I happen to have 2 of the 1iota tickets. 1iota sucks, but a free DM show does not. Soooooo who wants to go? Gail?

Day #8 and 9 were nothing special. In fact this whole cleanse has been relatively boring. I made it through all right, I feel good, but the first two times I did this there was a lot more to talk about.

Today is my final "official" day on the cleanse. It will still be 3 days before I can resume normal eating. Those 3 days are the hardest part of the cleanse. Day #6 was nothing special. Pretty much just like all the other days. I felt good, heightened senses, no cravings etc.... I guess this is a good thing. I could be feeling weak, crappy, or even worse, stalked by cravings. After work I went to my first meditation class. I signed up for an 8 week workshop. Today was a good day. My body felt good, I was happy, and had tons of energy. My sense of smell has become extremely sharp. I smell everything around me. A neighbor walked by, and I was able to smell the laundry detergent he used on his clothes. I added a new element to my cleanse today. P&B shakes. The connectors I use for the gas tubing work great. They are grey plastic and cost 99 cents each. I took apart a hoop made out of the black tubing, and the connectors were similar. I never heard of using metal connectors with the gas tubing. ???
