Not necessarily my favorite season, but definitely one of my favorite
friends on Tribe! (despite her frequent and cryptic name changes!)

Summer is talented, extremely funny, and a potential dance super star! She does amazing things with fire, and even more amazing things with toxic enzymes.

Plus, she laughs at my jokes, thus proving her intelligence and good sense.

As long as she keeps a safe distance during our performances (my hair and instruments are highly flammable), and doesn't forget the couch, I'll be happy!

TV's Don Herbert, whom most of us know as "Mr. Wizard," died this morning of cancer.

I hope his shows keep going on to inspi... read more

My God I'm tired this week! Dunno if my body is trying to fight something or if I just haven't been getting enough sleep, but I feel as if I could lay down and nap for 4 hours at any given point in the day. I reeeeally hope I'm not getting sick.....

Sorry to everyone I haven't called or emailed back in a timely manner.....my brain and body just feel fuzzy.

Gratitude unlocks the fullness in our life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow. "

Words of Wisdom for Today
(from Daily OM)

Seeing Beyond The Unknown

One of humanity's biggest fears is losing what we have. It is healthy when fear of loss helps us take steps to protect what we have worked hard to attain, but it is unhealthy to continue to fear something we can do nothing about. We need to remember that focusing our energy on fear can actually create what scares us, and holding tightly to what we have keeps us from participating in the universal flow of abundance and ... read more
