about me
I am a really tall, and completly nuts, but very loyal and loving, and a bit over generous appearently, I am neither here nor there, up nor down left nor right. I am just me. which is ever changeing like Bachs Violin concerto in A minor BWV Allegro, you can learn all you want to about me from that exquisite peice of music. I have been both criminal and law, monster and dragon slayer, I am what I am and there is no word for who am today or will be tomorrow. I like fire, of all kinds, Music is my lifes blood, speed (as in Km/h) is the air I breathe, and Soul is the sword in my hand. I am a very single person, and prefer to stay that way, I am all about friends. I have many loves but no lovers, many creations but no children, and infinite time yet always afraid of being late. I will never fit into your box, though maybe into your heart.................and it could go on and on and on....................

On Evil

Albert Einstein:
The world is a dangerous place to live, not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don't do anything about it.

Truth

Adrienne Rich:
False history gets made all day, any day,
the truth of the new is never on the news

Albert Einstein:
No amount of experimentation can ever prove me right; a single experiment can prove me wrong.

Anais Nin:
When we blindly adopt a religion, a political system, a literary dogma,an idea of ourselves, we become automatons. We cease to grow.

Benjamin Disraeli:
Never apologize for showing feeling. When you do so, you apologize for the truth.

Blaise Pascal:
We know the truth, not only by the reason, but also by the heart.

Buddha:
Believe nothing just because a so-called wise person said it. Believe nothing just because a belief is generally held. Believe nothing just because it is said in ancient books. Believe nothing just because it is said to be of divine origin. Believe nothing just because someone else believes it. Believe only what you yourself test and judge to be true. [paraphrased]

Demosthenes:
Nothing is easier than self-deceit. For what each man wishes, that he also believes to be true.

Dorothy Thompson:
Fear grows in darkness; if you think there's a bogeyman around, turn on the light.

Dorothy Thompson:
There is nothing to fear except the persistent refusal to find out the truth, the persistent refusal to analyze the causes of happenings.

Edward R. Murrow:
Most truths are so naked that people feel sorry for them and cover them up, at least a little bit.

Friedrich Nietzsche:
And we should consider every day lost on which we have not danced at least once. And we should call every truth false which was not accompanied by at least one laugh.

George Orwell:
In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act.

Gloria Steinem:
The truth will set you free. But first, it will piss you off.

Henri Frederic Amiel:
Truth is not only violated by falsehood; it may be equally outraged by silence.

Marcus Aurelius:
If it is not right do not do it; if it is not true do not say it.

Rabindranath Tagore:
Truth comes as conqueror only to those who have lost the art of receiving it as friend.

Virginia Woolfe:
If you do not tell the truth about yourself you cannot tell it about other people.

The proverbial truth from anothers mouth

October 7, 2006
It was really good seeing you over the summer Dreas, given what happened last summer I think we came through alright. You will always be a special person to me, and those who see you for what you really are. I am over the drama and you seem to be to. She is gone and you have your real friends around you and I am very happy to be considered one of them. In all his unreality he is more real than any of us. We should be so lucky to see the world the way he does.

I have to admit, Dreas is an excellent friend. He is giving and forgiving. Sincere, Inspiring....blah blah..mush mush. Thanks for being you!! Ya nut job. Plus he's really fun to sword fight with...I learn lots each time we cross swords.

Destruction or creation, damn choices

Alexandre Dumas:

There is neither happiness nor misery in the world; there is only the comparison of one state to another, nothing more. He who has allowed himself to feel the deepest grief is best able to experience supreme happiness. We must have felt what it is to die, that we may appreciate the enjoyments of life

the cold truth and the warm story

I wonder at things now, looking at pictures of friends long gone, loves long lost.....and it all seems to have never existed, truly I am guessing it didn't, save for a moment in time. Funny how so much slips through our fingers without us ever knowing why or sometimes even when. Death and birth, love and hate, creation and destruction, one has to honor it all or find imbalance an everyday intimacy. I find in my life now something astoundingly real, something I have been aware of for many year... read more

Its been awhile since I was here. Looking through all my old pictures I am reminded of a history that is no more. I am finding house cleaning is needed.

Damage creates illusion, illusion create delusion, delusion protects the heart and the heart dies from never being heard. Though we may wish with all out mind to not hurt, to not give in to our inner longing for whatever reasons. Be it worry about lost experiences, experiences never gained, weakness or just being vulnerable to the truth that resonates from crown to root. Our truest master is still our heart, never doubt that you may free yourself from your mind, but your will be there after ... read more

Force and power are the symbols attributed to the Dragon. There is a decidedly exotic air about Dragon people, especially among the women, who fairly exude sexuality. Indeed, whether male or female, Dragons are libidinous and score quite a hit with the opposite sex.
To the Chinese, the Dragon is born in the most desirable year, blessed by the gods and goddesses in heaven. Possessing magical powers, the versatile Dragon is capable of soaring to the highest heavenly heights or diving to the d... read more

All my life I have loved deeply. So deeply it killed me when it would end. This ability to love so consistantly and deeply and magically lead me to amazing people, though not wholy healthy. never the less I loved them with all my heart and still do....and always will. My understanding is this.....that it hurts so much more, stabs so much deeper becasue I do still love you all. Everyone of you...with all my heart. From Laura buried these past 16 years to Dallas married with kids ever forgiving... read more

its amusing to see how I swing from anger to saddness when it come to world affairs. Yes I am angery about how stupid we are being, Pris hit the nail on the head when she said we all need to be accountable. It makes me sad to see so many suffering at the feet of others, and again it all comes down to accountability and being concious of what we do. Its like my sister said.......real karma is knowing what you do is wrong both fundamentally and spiritually, and still doing it anyway. So we sto... read more

As someone recently told me, the human race prefers blindness and distraction...becasue what would happen if we all all of a sudden realised our accountability. Its easier to ignore the turth, to cover it up with wit and satire, to be afraid and use anger as a shield. To hide behind Ideas we like but dont have the conviction to follow so we rationalise them to death. And all for one thing...Currency. Oil, cars, corporations, life support...all money based...and it is such a fragile infrastruc... read more

The “Brutal World”

How did Western Civilization get a monopoly on “moral conscience” when it has no morality?

“The first use of nuclear weapons must remain in the quiver of escalation as the ultimate instrument to prevent the use of weapons of mass destruction.” Five Western military leaders.

I read the statement three times trying to figure out the typo. Then it hit me, the West has now out-Owellled Orwell: The West must nuke other c... read more

Amaranth the video below

Baptized with a perfect name
The doubting one by heart
Alone without himself

War between him and the day
Need someone to blame
In the end, little he can do alone

You believe but what you see
You receive but what you give

Caress the one, the Never-Fading
Rain in your heart - the tears of snow-white sorrow
Caress the one, the hiding amaranth
In a land of the daybreak

Apart from the wandering pack
In this brief flight of time we reach
For the ones, whoever dare

You believe but what you see
You receive but what you give

Caress the one, the Never-Fading
Rain in your heart - the tears of snow-white sorrow
Caress the one, the hiding amaranth
In a land of the daybreak

Caress the one, the Never-Fading
Rain in your heart - the tears of snow-white sorrow
Caress the one, the hiding amaranth
In a land of the daybreak

Reaching, searching for something untouched
Hearing voices of the Never-Fading calling

Caress the one, the Never-Fading
Rain in your heart - the tears of snow-white sorrow
Caress the one, the hiding amaranth
In a land of the daybreak

Caress the one, the Never-Fading
Rain in your heart - the tears of snow-white sorrow
Caress the one, the hiding amaranth
In a land of the daybreak
