American Belly Dance for Fitness and Fun.....
( community » other ) New Class.....I will be teaching a fitness class for all levels of dance on friday evenings at 7pm....the great news is I am asking only for donations...I get my space for free...I want anyone to be able to come into this class...no age limit...male or female....if you can pay for it or not isn't a problem....Just come....
I will also be teaching private classes for those who are not comfortable taking in a large group.....pricing will vary...
so where is this class going to be held? Umpqua Valley Nursing and Rehab in Roseburg...
You need to bring a Yoga mat or small rug...bottle of water and comfy clothes...
come on come all....

Yeah...sooooo excited
We will have a regular night at Alexander's again.... 6pm 1st Saturday of the month for now starting in December....come and see the show in the new Alexander's.
Also I have new classes forming now....I will be teaching at the Ink Monkey in Roseburg on Tuesdays at 6pm. $5 a class...Watch for more new classes as well.
This month at the Greek Resturant I will be hosting Devi, Anisa and maybe some more of the Grant's Pass Crew....
Can't wait....

Well we have done it...with much help from big burly cousins, a Great sister, and of course my parents and husband... We have finally moved into to our new home....we love it. We are now just 100ft from my parents house. This summer we will grow huge gardens can lots of good food and my children will have chickens to feed...I am in a way better place....I am happy....

Susan was one of the very first belly dancers I ever saw perform, and the fact that she's a consumate professional was obvious from the very first. I've learned as much about dancing for an audience from watching her monthly performances at Alexander's as I have from either of my "real" teachers.....and in some areas even more. She has fantastic facial expressions; she has a great sense of humor; her costumes are the *bomb*. Thanks for being you, Susan!
