I was the one who wrote all those nice things about her before. I unsubscribed and came back. I still mean all those things. Since then, she made magic around the time of my big cross country move. She brought mystical (drunk) beings to romp around oohing and ahhhing about my art, she supported me when I really needed that support. She came and took a bunch of my stuff away as hers had burned up. That was a big favor to me. She survived a fire that left her with very little beside her tiara, bathrobe, and St. Stupid button. She is a miracle! Behold that miracle.

Sally is a force of nature dressed in feathers, leopard prints and a tiara. I met her recently at a retreat I co-led with an old friend of hers and found a true soul sister in her. What sums it up is to say that she is an old freak like me who has survived and grown and fallen and gotten back up and fallen and gotten back up and is now learning to fly on a more permanent basis! She has a laugh that is infectious, playful and more than a bit nasty (in the BEST sense of that word!). I look forward to many many more Wild Weekends with Ms. Swan.
