about me
I just hit my thirties. I'm a single dad of a 3 1/2 year old boy. He is the cutest thing you'll ever see. I love spending time with him and helping form his identitiy. I have family in Germany and would love to take him there to visit. I dont speak German. My goal is that he would be translator on our trips. He is in a German language immersion preschool and we have an Aupair from Germany who lives with us and looks after him when I am at work. Our Aupair only arrived a few weeks ago. Before that I had little time to go out. I'm looking forward to being able to get out a little more now that I have someone to help watch him.

I live in Beaverton but am planning on moving to SE PDX or Gresham so I can be closer to work. Thats all for now.

The bathroom has an opaque window above the sinks so you can see the sillouhette of the girls washing their hands, and vice versa. It's a cool idea. My Blog

Jayden and I were riding our old moutain bike. Last year I picked up a kid seat that attaches behind the seat and above the rear tire. We usually go for a ride on Saturday afternoons during the spring and summer seasons. Today while riding to Jamba Juice, Jayden said:

"When I grow up, I'll probably have one of these[bikes with a kid seat]. Only if I have a little kid....a baby. I'll have to build it.

His words put a smile on my face. I stopped and took a picture.
