i love a simple life, spending much time nestled away in my psychedelic hermitage. Tiara and Laksmi, the two cats living here, seem to enjoy the 2-3 hour psytrance sets i throw down several times a week, the two making wonderful companions & roommates. when not under the headphones, i'm exploring the above listed interests and seeking to spend time with the incredible people i'm lucky enough to call great friends.

...closer to getting my RN license in Oregon. I hung out with my ol' pals at the PA State Police today to have my fingerprinting done and mailed off the necessary background check paperwork. That's the last of the paperwork as far as licensure goes, as all the other stuff went out last Wednesday.

Here's my story a little late, but like i always say: better late than pregnant. I shows up to Sunny's place in Akron, OH 'bout 1:30 in the pm. Meet Beth, noodle around a little with guadaLOOOOOPY (as Goku likes me to address her), discuss the fact that we're unable to get into the venue to set up in all reasonableness and the fact that alternatives have to be developed ASAP, we settle with a nice appetizer before heading off to Rockne's for a great lunch with Cheryl. It's on.

What an adventurous summer celebration this turned out to be for me!! 'Course, why would i expect anything else? Dan flew in from Oregon on Wednesday afternoon and we wasted no time getting to Pittsburgh to hang out with some great friends.
