my name is charity. i am currently renting an amazing COB home on "Dark Hollow rd". outside of Phoenix, Or. and am looking for a like minded person (preferably female) to be my room mate. rent would be $275, plus very little utility costs, as it is pretty off the grid.

a bit about me:

i am a 20 year old female who is currently studying Sound Healing, Shamanism and Music Production.
i am a very laid back, clean, and positive person. i am vegan, and am very interested in self sustainable living, gardening ( yes there is plenty of room for a garden on the land ) and being in nature.
i produce music. so you would definitely have to be into music.
i do not drink or smoke.
not sure really what else to say about myself.....it would be best just to meet.

a bit about the home/land:

in the country, yet only minutes to town. the address is 3333 dark hollow rd. Phoenix oregon (please do not drive by)
the home is located on 1.5 acres, the land lord lives on the front part of the property. she is the best land lord anyone could ask for!
this home is very beautiful with lots of character. it is a cob home, with lots of windows. it is an open floor plan, (like a yurt) it is 900 square ft., it has a wonderful wood stove ( i just got a quart of wood ), the home is run off of water catchment, the stove is gas, there is an on demand water heater. and a "composting" toilet, there is also an outhouse (barrel system). this home is definitely for those who like alternative living! TID irrigation, garage/shop, garden area, orchard, pasture, & more. yes there is electricity.
like i said this is an open floor plan, so privacy is necessary the strong point of this home.
but other than that it is a great space for creativity of all sorts, it is very inspiring here.
this place is also great for small gatherings, ceremony's, and things of the like.
it is super quiet and serene here. so if you like the feel of the country but dont want to be to far from town, this place is great.
there is no land line, i just use my cell phone.
no animals please.
