As most of you know I was in the Marines for a little over 8 years(90-99). The faire is actually in unincorporated land so you will only get the sheriff or CHP. I grew up in Sunol, its also unincorporated... You also have to remember the faire site actually crosses two county lines. So technically if something happens...

In those cases the manager is even more at risk of huge fines and losing their business if they screw over their employees. All it take is one phone call from a disgruntled employee to the right number.
