about me
Cultivating an open, curious, humble, and joyfilled beginner's mind. Enjoying how people view me as erratic and off-the-wall and don't know what to make of me, and then begin to realize that I am consistent and steady. A plowhorse opening the dogma-compacted soil of possibility.

My polyamorous heartspace is vast, as is my curiosity and passion for learning about people. I seek other strong vibrant individuals to explore the universe with. I strive for integrity and honesty in my relationships, knowing and honoring that they are living things, and will grow and shift and change. I have many love relationships (sexually intimate and not) in my life, and play to keep them fluid and organic. I am devoted and committed to those I love, and joyfully welcome more into my life.

I have shared my heart and daily life deeply with two men (living with one for seven years, and one for 12). Though we no longer define ourselves as "couples", both are still dear to me, and very present in my life, as are others who I have shared my heart and bed.

I have been living in my own space for 2 years now, and I really relish this independence, rediscovering things I have been passionate about: laughing, clever word play, erotic spirituality, the way certain words feel so delicious in my mouth, organic gardening, singing while I work, tasty sex, deeper conversation with my family, walking, biking. I earn money by doing handywork/remodeling, massage. I'm frugal with my money, so I can travel and take time off with friends, family, lovers.

I have amazing, sweet, loving, politically aware friends. I tend to gravitate toward the Truth Tellers, as I find them candid and stimulating. Each member of my bio family is amazing, and a profound source of strength. Four men have allowed me to share deeply in their lives. More delicious love-filled relationships are coming my way. I treasure the bounty of love in my life and I am humbled by my fortune.

Radical Faerie Spirit Gathering

June 8 - 13 2006: www.SpiritGath.org

Calling all Faeries and EcoQueers, Spiritual Polyfuckers and Alternative Fags and Gay Reality-Checking Punk Anarchists and Gentle Angry Onanists!

Calling all Truthseekers and Truthtellers, Men Who Birth Ideas and Women Who Inseminate, Naked Intersexual Hunters and Gatheresses in Dresses!

Calling all Edgewalking Shamans and Cave-Blinded TechnoPagans and Tantric Warriors and Hedgecrossing Witches and Healers and Poets and Sensualists!

We walk between ages, cultures, sexes and spiritualities, self-chosen...

Flexible, we walk between silly and intentional, exploring different ways of being.

The strength of faeries can be the role of the Fool, the outsider within…ironic and truth telling and angry in an absurd way that can't be denied, that takes by surprise…(the emperor's old clothes were soooo tacky–skyclad rules!)… energy transformed through silliness and love and lust, through silence and sharing, through knowing and being.

Stuff that passes through my brain

Thank you all for your concerns about my safety. Although the bridge is less than a mile from my house, and I know it like my own backyard, I was safe at home when it collapsed.

What a strange unbelievable thing...all I can think of is Oakland and earthquakes.

Love you all.

Hello lovelies!

Inspired by Steig, David's friend Lisa Yee is having a contest on her website to write a story in 25 letters/numbers or less. lisayee.livejournal.com/47721.html
The amazing luck/synchronicity of my life continues, as I had just written a 120 letter/word story for David. To fit the rules better, I cut it up into several entries.

I thought you might like it.

This is a note I sent out to my chorus.

Sometimes I make myself laugh.

**************************

Hello brothers in song!

I am looking for a pianist who could be at the piano and CD player for a Bass sectional.

S/He doesn't necessarily need to be in the chorus, but to be able to play with both hands at the same time (unlike finger-plunking me), provide enough of a underlying chord structure to keep things going, and throw in non-bass lines when possible. Clearly, the great... read more

(Word freaks conversation)
***********************

One of my favorite word oddities:

Punctuate this series of words so it makes sense:

/tom where mary had had had had had had had had had had had the approval of the teacher/

I think I originally saw this in Willard Espy's "Words at Play".
