BELLY DANCE for LUNCH!

JAN 15th-FEB 5th (a 2 week break and back ongoing starting the 26th of FEB!)

Thursday (beginner/intermediate) bellydance for lunch classes have been going on for some time now at a private residence, and I am now opening this class to more of you. It is in a beautiful location out of the studio (outside, weather permitting). Please contact me for location and directions. The class is in Aptos, CA, just south of Santa Cruz.

This is a longer and more relaxed class, without the mirrors we are mirroring eachother and putting an emphasis on feeling the music and the moves. We will stretch and strengthen our bodies with a blend of yoga,
> pilates, and bellydance while gaining the skills to work together to
> create layered choreographies that stretch our creative abilities and
> reach outside the box of traditional bellydance blending traditional
> and modern moves.
