What the....

new year - new job

Hey now
After a few months of no paycheck - but some hard work (Biodiesel) I start a new job on Tuesday January 9th.
I will be working at Universal Audio in Santa Cruz and best of all my workmates are Jimmy S. and Henry H., two folks I know from the 'taper community' or whatever its called now a days.

I am a little excited about working and having somewhere to go, etc. Being unemployed sometimes gets you a little down on yourself - especially in the daytime when everyone else is working and you are still in your pajamas at 10 am. I didn't exactly feel successful sitting there reading the business section of the NY Times while I am not participating in anything to do with what I am reading.

Then again, I started to not really care too much about it after a while and THAT is when I thought I should do something.

Met again with my friend Jamie - who is the founder of Simple Fuels and we're on track to begin fuel production this year. I am excited for the future

Congrats Larry! It feels good to get back out there, huh?

Hope the biodiesel thing works out....my brother is working with a biodiesel company in Thailand, and they're about to start production as well.

Not often that we find work doing something that we actually ~like~ to do...
Congrats Larry!

Congratulations, Larry. It's hard to enjoy "time off" when you're too busy stressing about being unemployed. Best of luck on the new job and Happy New Year!

Go Larry!
Great to see you around here and congraturations on your new job! I am sure Jimmy and Henry will take care of ya.
And not so bad commute to boot!

I know exactly how you feel about not doing anything. Whle I was traveling I felt like I was doing lots for obvious reasons. But after coming home, and living few months in Santa Cruz of all places, it was easy to lead a life of "still in pajamas at 10AM", I felt weird.

See you lovely Narachi Family real soon!
