I sat next to a guy who made fun of women and old people, and said fast food places were being overrun by Mexicans. He also commented that Catholics were bad and he didn't like them. I felt compelled to mention that I was raised as a Roman Catholic, although I'm kind of more like a Zen Buddhist these days.

His eyes got wide with horror and he said, "You mean you haven't accepted Jesus Christ as your lord and savior?!?" He looked like I was going to burst into flame or something.
