Old Lisbon ( local favorites » restaurants ) "A Trip to Portugal" On SW 17th St and Coral Way. Authentic food. Lunch is especially a great deal, with soup or salad, entree and wine for about $10. For wine go for Portuguese special, Vino Verde, fresh and sweet. Most entrees are barcalao, done in many different ways.

Sublime Vegan Cuisine ( local favorites » restaurants ) "Excellent Atmosphere, Good Food" I went there for my birthday, many dishes ar good, but a few are too salty or dry. Dessert is delicious!

Argentango ( local favorites » restaurants ) "Good Steak" They have two locations, Hollywood and Coral Gables. But my friends and I like the Hollywood place better. Less formal, and less expensive. Steak is almost always juicy and tender.
