Reindeer behind the fence
Well, here a picture of the reindeer behind the fence, on the side is one of my class mates, just amazed at how close we are to it. I kind of wish we had reindeer soup, I know it would have been real tasty, I think their meat is much better then moose soup. Out of all the parts on the moose, reindeer, or caribou I like having the ribs, most hunters would say the best part of the animal is the briskets because of the crunchy like texture it has to it on parts of it's meat.
