It's such a journey! Here's the run down of my dance history....Currently, I am one of the founding members of Brazen Bellies, an exciting dance troupe in the Dallas/Fort Worth area (www.brazenbellies.com)!!!
I began my bellydance studies with Isis and the Star Dancer studio and studied through the Adv3 cabaret with the iconic Isis and advanced ethnic fusion classes under the fabulous Sa'diyya. I was also member of the Isis Performing Company. (www.isisandthestardancers.com) I was then a student to and a member of Tribal Evolution (www.tribalevolution.com) under Brandy's direction, where I learned about awesome sisterhood and the ever-present mental challenge called group improv!!! What a fabulous growing and dancing experience. I was also co-facilitator of the Dallas PURE chapter (www.puredance.org) and involved with other dance fun stuff. Sadly, we folded the chapter because we had so few participants in this amazing organization. I look to future dance studies with many of my wonderful dance sisters in the area. --- You know who you are!!!!! ;oP

I would swear Tess is a woman of steel. She's such a dedicated mother and dancer; it's not easy to be just one, and she's definitely both. I love how she always comes across with a positive, upbeat attitude and she has the most infectious laugh! Infectious in a good way, I swear ;) Beautiful, talented, sincere. I envy how she seems to find time to do so much. Tess is a bright, inviting light in the dullness of day to day life.

Tess is the true definition of, "Carpe Diem" and "I am Woman, Hear me Roar" ;) She tells it as it is and always has something interesting to write or talk about. Not to mention the fact that she also has a huge heart, is very funny, and is a fantasticabulouskickass dancer! *Hugs Tess*
