Wow,
What is there to say about Therese that hasn't already been said?
I adore Therese, I respect Therese, I enjoy Therese.
Therese was very intimidating the first time I met her; not that she tried to be she is just that powerful in presence. But after knowing her for a number of years I am only slightly intimidated by her....j/k, but not.
I appreciate the fact that she knows I watch and read the stories I am supposed to but do not hold information very well, and STILL calls me out when I am wrong, it does help me remember.
She has shown that she trusts me over the years and I appreciate that. Therese treats me as an equal, we have the most fun playing when we are let loose on other people...or towns, depending.
Cannot give a testimonial which truly describes this magnificent woman and her magnificent ways, but I can say I am superbly happy to call her friend.
We must take over another town one of these days.

I think it's high time Therese had another testimonial!
The best mother a girl could have. She continues to inspire, support and educate me. ( I never did understand the whole Scottish Queen thing properly till she explained it over coffee one morning after I'd had to pass out on her couch).
When I am low, I think of her, and the world seems better. When I am angry, she understands why. And when I am with her, I am happy and laughing as we prattle away uncaring if anyone else can understand what the hell we think is sooo damned funny.
Also, she finds da cutest pictures of squirels.

This modest undemanding woman is one of the most amazing people in my strange, strange, little world. As much as I aspire to be like anyone,-while maintaining that distinctive 'me' that keeps those great head-cocked-puzzled stares coming - its Therese.
She is one of very few people I can really enjoy my natural pitch with, free of judgment. She is both absolutely mad and completely together (not a coincidence, I suspect), capable of 'being directorial' one moment, and tossing her skirt up over her face and screaming with laughter the next.
She also has the good hooch, so be nice to mamma- you know how the song from Chicago goes.

Therese, How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
1. First you are gracious yet you are earthy. I have no idea how you do this.
2. Second you said you need a ladder to get out of the gutter. Me too.
3. Third you have an eye for talent and a flair for flair. You have helped so many of us shed our inhibitions and get Dickensian for our patrons.
4. Fourth you are a joy to be with.
Thanks for being my friend, an honor I do NOT take lightly.

Damn! You go Mr. Sykes!!!!
Okay, Bill has inspired me! Therese, my wondrously talented and artistically imbued directrix! What can be said about you that hasn't already been said?
Well, this was my first Dickens (2005) and I was surprised at being so fortunate to be under the guidence and tutalage of such a thesbianic goddess as Therese. She always had an answer to questions backstage, ran notes with great skill and efficiency and is possess of cosmic powers such as when she yelled out on our LAST morning, "Okay, Other Books, its time for Notes!" and at that very moment, THE LIGHTS WENT OUT and the power off! Damn! Powerful woman! It was a pleasure working with you, Therese and if Mrs. Lammle will have me back from the financial dog house into which she has pushed me (snickering) next year, you'll see me again!
