Well, first off, I'm a little shy. I think growing up as an only child made me really comfortable spending time alone, so as a result, I have a couple close friends that I hold dear, but I'll never be described as a "social butterfly". I think that's part of what I love about an online community, it brings me out of my shell a little bit, and I get the opportunity to interact with a wide variety of people. I love being exposed to new ideas and learning new things.

I grew up in an extremely conservative religious household, so naturally I'm enchanted with the "evils" of the world. Your typical preacher's daughter syndrome, although my dad wasn't the preacher...and by "evils", I simply mean the usual socially unacceptable forms of expression i.e. tattoos, music w/ offensive lyrics, sexuality, avant garde art....I'm sure you see the "non-conformity" theme here, right?

I have a fucked up sense of humor, that I'm not afraid to turn inward. If most people would describe a joke as "wrong", then it's a pretty safe bet I'll be the one with tears streaming down my face from laughing so hard.
