Marco I am American & I have troubles. In the US Mens is defined as 32 inch waist so I buy Boys 18-20 which is a 28 inch waist on most manufacturers.

Be careful with American stuff since the market here lets the manufacturer label sizes swing almost 2 inches larger: ie a 32 is really 34 inches. The stuff sold FOR overseas distribution is better sized and TRUE due to EU regulations.
