about me
Namaste! I like reading, writing, photography, sculpting, music, and a lot of other things. I'm pretty open-minded and will try new things when I can. I love talking about religious tradition and beliefs as well as anything interesting basically! haha

I am an American by birth, and a Hindu by choice. I'm Italian, Swiss, Brazilian, and some other things I'm sure. I especially love to flaunt the Italian part of me. I do kind of use my hands a lot when I talk, haha.

Ummm, I'm a little shy at first when meeting new people but after a while I'm a lot more friendly. :)

Om Shanti,
Parvati

I made my new statue, this one is of Lord Hanuman. I made it so he looks like he's kneeling. Jai Hanuman! Also notice the little Ganesh on the left in the corner, I made that one too.

Comments, suggestions, and advice will be appreciated!

My Testimonials

October 20, 2007
Happy birthday to my cyber friend!
As words must be our medium, a poem,
Perhaps, may best my birthday wishes send,
Poems being inner portraits out on loan.
Yet I would be a landscape in the mountains,
Bright sun battering an empty sky,
Immense rock faces answering all questions,
Resolving all in what instead of why.
To you I send a hope for happiness
Hedged with roses bristling in the wind,
Doing double duty for their mistress
As sentinels against the tricks of mind,
Yet luring well the love that makes life kind.

I love your eyes, those twinkling eyes,
They speak of a thousand things.

It glows and I drown in its intensity,
I would love to stay there forever.

It evokes myriad memories,
And leaves an imprint on me.

I consider myself lucky enough,
To have experienced its warmth.

When cupid's arrow strikes,
The world seems apparelled in celestial light,
Like the glory and freshness of your eyes.

Just like the morning dew,
Exotic and beautiful.

Every time I look into your eyes,
I'm lost in innumerable memories,
Thus forgetting the world behind me.

I wouldn't expect anything much,
Than just being the Apple of your eye.
