Hi,

I have a nice 2 bed apt in the BEST location right by Ashby Bart in bet Shattuck and Telegraph where all the great shops bars and eateries are. Also right by Berkeley Bowl and the flea market, On a quiet one way street with reasonable parking, on 2nd flr which is the top floor, at the back of the blg overlooking the gardens and Berkeley hills. Peaceful and quiet.

I am offering the 2nd bedroom for rent, which is medium sized, with mirrored closet with shelf, unfurnished, but the rest of the apt is beautifully furnished, (lots of asian art!) and you would have full use of all the facilities in the rest of the house. If you have some things you wanna bring like kitchen stuff, that's OK there's plenty of room for things, inc books, but if you don't - all you need to bring is yourself and your bedroom furnishings.
I am a 36 year old straight female looking to share with same. I have one very affectionate cat, who doesn't chew anything, and cannot scratch, (previous owners de clawed him) and he is the only pet allowed in the apartment. It's important to me that my roomie likes cats, not just tolerates them.

You can smoke a joint in the shared yard, i don't mind a once in a while pot smoker, but an every day pot smoker or excessive drinker is not my cuppa tea.
