Even though I do not follow the following plan completely, it is not due to lack of confidence in it's effectiveness, I believe this is the most accurate/commonsense health advice.
If you did the following, your health and well-being would improve dramatically:
o Consume a diet that focuses on whole, unprocessed foods (whole grains, legumes, vegetables, fruits, seeds, etc.)

If there is one person who could take this upside down world and make it right again, it's Colin. He has the solutions for every problem society faces today....if only more people would listen. Take the time and look into what he has to say- his knowledge is truth bearing and sincere. He can take a "difficult" problem and sum its solution up into just a few words....it blows me away every time.
Colin is a wonderful mentor and friend. His wit and constant analyzing makes him more on-the-ball then anyone I know. He is gentle and kind and deserves much more than the universe provides him with.
