Movement-filled greetings and salutations!

I am Nayana, a woman who is passionate about movement and addicted to bellydance! I have been enraptured with dance since 2001 and believe movement can change the world. Bellydance allows me to appreciate my body and my womanhood. I enjoy the strength it gives to women by dancing in a group - sharing in each others joys, sorrows, accomplishments, and let downs. The dance offers inspiration, hope, joy, and an outlet for my and others' emotions.

While I currently specialize in fusion bellydance, I enjoy playing in other movement forms and hope to offer additional dance style in the future, including hoopdance, Nia, dance/movement therapy, and even pole dancing!
