Night Skies
For the night skies to see me,
I draw the curtain with passion I wake, with clarity I stare before the dawn I write: Drawing nigh, the full moon waits and so, will I wait for the bitter tears of yesterday have but fallen and summer skies are upon us, If only we will lye If only indifferently, we will wait. |
