about me
Mt. Biking, snow skiing, scuba diving, fire sculpture, and loving the outdoors get my adrenaline pumping. If it's natural, wild, funny, and/or sounds fun, I very well may want to try it....
I tend to be more attracted to respectful, grateful, non-pretentious people who keep focus on the positive attributes of their lives. I like to make sculpture out of anything I get my hands on. The feminine body is the most magnificent sculpture of all. Create it and set it free...

Sleep depredation from hundreds of snoring buffalos. Uplifting conversations from passers by. Pounding aching muscles from turning the cranks. Clean fresh air filling the lungs, far away from the city smog. Baggage surfing each night, and luggage lugging. Laughter from painting toes and goofy hats. Peering into rural America, at a slow bicycle pace. Snippy encounters with the sleep deprived. Adapting to change, and uncontrollable events. ... read more

oh yea, that's RIGHT! Team TOE is had a crazy time, painting funky art on the toes of riders, then tripping the country locals out as we ask them to vote on their favorite design. To give you some idea, a little puppy hound dog in a country store thought my toe was chew toy! Pics at picasaweb.google.com/gregor.insight

training for the BRAG bike ride across GA, a DragonFly joined me in my speed ride up the straight path around mile marker 11. I thought it was a coincidence at first. I looked over and he was just beside my shoulder, buzzing along. I sped up, he sped up,… I zigged a little, then he showed me a thing or two. He started to zig/zag between the trees, by the path! I thought I left him in the trees, then he got right back on trail again, beside ... read more

She is a contradiction, because her beauty looking forward, contradicts the rough struggles of her past. Made from a cedar log with a rough exterior, she is a gift to my logging friend who hooked me up with 3000lbs of precious hard wood recently. Special thanks to Kristen Vickery for her inspiring assistance.
